How is bandwidth measured?: Bandwidth is the total data transferred when viewers watch your videos. Adaptive bitrate streaming means each viewer consumes only what their connection needs.
How is storage measured?: Storage is calculated as total usage across the billing month. Uploading 10 GB then deleting it still counts as 10 GB for that month.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?: Playback pauses until the next billing cycle. You're never billed for usage you didn't approve. Enable overages in your dashboard to keep playback running with a hard spend cap you control.
Is transcoding included?: Yes. Every upload is automatically transcoded to HLS adaptive bitrate at multiple resolutions. No per-minute encoding fees.
Are intelligence features included?: Yes. Every upload is automatically transcribed and summarised. No per-minute transcription fees.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. All plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. No exit fees, no lock-in.
Do you offer a free trial?: Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to get started.
Can you help me migrate from another provider?: Yes. Self-serve import from Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, and S3 is available on every plan. Need hands-on help? We'll happily help you migrate.
What formats do you accept?: Any common video format — MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, and more. We handle the rest.
