How is bandwidth measured?
Bandwidth is the total data transferred when viewers watch your videos. Adaptive bitrate streaming means each viewer consumes only what their connection needs.
How is storage measured?
Storage is calculated as total usage across the billing month. Uploading 10 GB then deleting it still counts as 10 GB for that month.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Playback pauses until the next billing cycle. You're never billed for usage you didn't approve. Enable overages in your dashboard to keep playback running with a hard spend cap you control.
Is transcoding included?
Yes. Every upload is automatically transcoded to HLS adaptive bitrate at multiple resolutions. No per-minute encoding fees.
Are intelligence features included?
Yes. Every upload is automatically transcribed and summarised. No per-minute transcription fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. No exit fees, no lock-in.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to get started.
Can you help me migrate from another provider?
Yes. Self-serve import from Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, and S3 is available on every plan. Need hands-on help? We'll happily help you migrate.
What formats do you accept?
Any common video format — MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM, AVI, and more. We handle the rest.
