How to View Team Analytics

The Analytics page gives you a team-wide view of video performance — total views, watch time, bandwidth, top-performing videos, and audience breakdowns by country, device, and referrer.

Open Analytics

In the left sidebar, click Analytics. The page loads with a default range of the last 30 days.

Change the time period

In the top-right corner of the Analytics page, click 7d, 30d, or 90d to change the time range. The entire page updates to reflect the selected period.

Read the overview metrics

Three cards at the top of the page show totals for the selected period:

• Total views — the number of times any video on your team was played
• Watch time — combined watch time across all plays, shown in seconds, minutes, or hours
• Bandwidth — total data delivered to viewers

Views over time

The bar chart below the metrics shows daily view counts across the selected period. Hover over any bar to see the exact count and date.

Top videos

The Top videos section lists up to 10 videos ranked by views. Each row shows the video title, view count, and total watch time. Click any video title to open that video's detail page with per-video analytics.

Audience breakdowns

Below the top videos, three panels show how your audience breaks down:

• Countries — top countries by view count
• Devices — views split by desktop, mobile, and tablet
• Referrers — the domains or sources sending viewers to your videos

If no data appears, analytics populate once your videos start receiving views.
